We want you to love your Peloton gear as much as your workout; if you are not satisfied, we offer free returns on all unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in the original shipping bag or a secure box, then affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
